Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor began his property career in 1986, working part-time for a local estate agent during his school holidays. His responsibilities at the time were humble, primarily supporting the office with tasks like making tea and managing the post. One of his key duties involved carrying a heavy franking machine to the local post office to ensure it had enough credits to process all the property mail shots he had carefully compiled, offering the registered applicants the very latest properties. Although his role was modest, Stephen enjoyed being around the office agents who were always negotiating the best deals for their clients, selling and renting residential properties. He was eager to listen, learn, and absorb everything he could about buying, selling, and negotiating from a young age.
As he gained experience, Stephen transitioned into working as an estate agent across various firms before eventually starting his own business. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore different career paths for several years, but he later joined forces with his father, a successful residential property developer.
Under Stephen’s leadership, the business evolved from a primarily residential-focused property development company into a diversified real estate enterprise with developments and investments across a broad spectrum of sectors. The business now operates in industrial, commercial, and residential markets, both nationally and internationally. Stephen remains actively involved in seeking valuable commercial property opportunities.
