Stephen Taylor started his property career in 1986 whilst working part-time for a local estate agent, during his school holiday. His duties were not deal-making but were more akin to tea and post-boy ensuring the heavy franking machine was carried to the local post office to ensure it had enough credits to frank all the property mail shots. Stephen started working as an estate agent in various firms before working in his own business. His entrepreneurial skills saw him embark on a different career path for many years before working alongside his successful father who focused as a residential property developer.

Stephen transformed the business from a mainly residential-focused property developer into a broad real estate business with developments and investments in a wide range of real estate. The business operates in industrial, commercial and residential sectors both nationally and internationally. Stephen continues to look for good commercial property opportunities.
